It is they who fight at the front.

That is, leadership means integrating people in common ideal, common desire, common path.

The people on the front lines of the companies you aspire to do not leave the customers behind until your customer service problem is resolved. They deal with a single customer for 45 minutes.

Because they don’t make a 3-minute account, their people. 3 minutes and 3 cents is not an account, but the way to the customer’s heart.

The happiness of your employees is the path you walk with them.
Your smart politicians don’t care about the customer’s troubles. People at the front do not know the brand of the wine that is drunk, but they are the ones who make you drink that wine.
