The word native means a lot.

It tells us that sometimes we were born there, sometimes we grew up there, sometimes we were from there, sometimes it was produced there, and sometimes you have been there for a very long time.

Sometimes local, unwarranted conversations.

Did we not emigrate from Asia as a result? The word native is correct over a period of time.

We are locals there. We are peasants. When you see someone from there, you hug, that I am earth.

This is the case with teams. You will become a native in time. You are now a peasant. There are many coming and going to the village.

In the side channels, when the drought begins, the incomes are yours.

You also share your bread.

You are indigenous, you are peaceful, you do not know greed.

You are your peasant, your master milet.

Come and go, you will become peasants in the mouths.

You are indigenous, you have brought all the burdens, you are our stone.

But they do not like themselves anymore, they do not have a craft in their hands, but whatever you do, they are smart, they protect their interests.

They don’t know how to live in those lands in winter and fight wolves. But they had a summer, they had parties, enough for them.

They don’t know, but they pretend to know that they can live there.

There is a story that I love very much.

One day, the state decides to hire a guard with a salary of 2000 TL to keep an eye on the vast and empty land at night.

“Well, a planning unit is set up to do what the watchman does without instructions and two people are hired for a salary of 5,000 TL. Considering how to check whether they do the work or not, 2 inspectors are hired with a salary of 10.000 TL…. After a while, it is discussed how their salaries will be calculated and paid. A financial advisor, a clerk and a bidet statistician are hired with a salary of 15,000 TL.

After a while, it is thought who will be responsible for them. One manager with a salary of 50.000 TL and two deputy directors are hired with a salary of 30.000 TL.

After a while, an economic crisis breaks out in the country. The guard is fired to reduce costs.

The distribution of work is distributed as in the Turkish-Japanese rowing race.
It is awarded to organize a rowing race between Turkish and Japanese companies.

In the Japanese team, 8 people row, 1 person steers.

In the Turkish team, 2 people row, 3 people chief and 3 managers. One person uses the rudder, too.

Both teams go through a long and difficult preparation period to reach the top of their performance.

The big day comes and both teams feel ready. The Japanese win the race by one kilometer.

The Turkish team is very shaken after the race. The Turkish company management decides to find the reason for the loss of the race by a clear margin.

According to reports prepared as a result of researches, analyzes and long studies, errors are found and a solution proposal is made.

As a solution, 1 general manager is appointed to strengthen the order in management, and the number of roars is reduced to 1 to balance the weight on the boat.

He decides to offer a new race to the Japanese.

The Turkish team of 9 is restructured to compete with the Japanese.

In the Japanese team, 8 people row, 1 person steers.

The new structuring of the Turkish Team is as follows.

1 General Manager, 3 Regional Managers, 3 Helm Chiefs, 1 Steersman, 1 Rower

The second race was won by the Japanese two kilometers apart.
The board of directors of the Turkish company that has hit the top immediately takes action.

The rower, who is held responsible for the loss of the race, is fired, and a bonus is given to managers and other personnel for their contribution to the solution of the problem.
