Frontiers and Jar Kids

It is difficult to live your life on the borders of countries, cities and companies.

It is difficult because they are areas of chaos, confusion and risk.

Residents want you to choose a side, people by nature want to choose to settle down and create a comfort zone for themselves.

Built houses, offices, positions.

At the borders; bombs explode, they are the first lands occupied.

When he enters the comfort zone, movements are reduced and the belly swells. In order not to leave the field, resistance begins to change.

If the world collapses, technology changes, the economy is turned upside down, politics is over, still there is no exit from that area.

Because those areas are mentally created areas, thought to be comfortable, closed on it, and the key thrown into the sea.

Isn’t that the thought that while raising our children, we embraced and imprisoned our own boundaries and eventually created our jar children.

Jar children have guardian angels everywhere and they constantly protect them.

And when he comes to business, they look for people to act on his behalf, thinking that someone will do something for them.

Development and learning are not in the area of comfort, but in an area we do not know. It comes from testing, making mistakes and learning, development.
Isn’t that the area companies pursue to innovate?

They place their jar kids in the areas where they want to innovate. In order to be able to talk about these topics without disturbing their comfort zones.

Maybe we are those jar kids too. Maybe we are tired of the struggle and we take care of them.

It’s hard to innovate in a company in a country. Because it is in the nature of the concept of country and company in its nature.

Isn’t the country the place where people in the comfort zone own the established order?

Isn’t this the concept we want to establish as governance in companies? We constantly monitor, make strategic plans and budgets.

Whereas, innovation comes from difficulties, whereas innovation says what it does today not do it tomorrow.

Our words become our thoughts. We cannot see the nuance, we cannot see it.
We are trying to innovate in the company and the country, but don’t we contradict the content of these concepts?

So how should we think? Maybe we shouldn’t be imprisoned in words.

Are digital copies of these companies and countries not created there? So the plane of thought, is there no need for a cultural change?

Startup culture is wreaking havoc on the world’s big companies. Intel, Microsoft, GE is trying to work with the startup culture.

Unfortunately, the concepts, authorities and jar children you have created do not work.

It wasn’t Steve Jobs who said, “You create innovation with marauders.”

You do it in the dump with the marauders you don’t like innovation.
