Have the dreams of unemployed teachers, cookers and dancers, hairdressers failed?

Now everyone has become a Youtuber, influencer, medium writer.

Social networks were supposed to open up new businesses, people were supposed to turn their passions into jobs, and everyone found their ikigai that the pandemic changed the parameters.

The first entrants used the advantage of entering this business first. However, it would not be wrong to say that we are still at the beginning of the road.

Now that they have become mainstream, the feeling of gaining fans and not making money in this business will motivate gig economy workers.

Everyone on earth has their own singularity and value. It is just self-discovery, essentially, the key to the gig economy.

The generation before us had one job in his life. The situation today is about changing jobs in less than 5 years. Our youth work 6 -7 different jobs in a career.

But in the future it’s about working in multiple jobs at once. Gig economy also supports it. Maybe we’ll have 12 jobs like Da Vinci.

However, according to 12 professions, what will we do if we do not have talent. Lifelong learning.

Formal education systems are now turning into online and constantly learning people. It has to transform.

Are we not all the little cooks and masters of our house anymore? If we open the Youtube video and combine with what we have learned and our ego, don’t we turn into master chefs?

Some of us show up on more professional platforms like Udemy, so we need to work a little more for it.

It is necessary to learn a few professions before retiring, which is like starting a new job. When lives get longer, we will be waiting for a second retirement in the second spring.

Of course, if it remains in the middle of what we think of as retirement, it seems that the pension funds that have recovered now will be drained by the prolongation of human life.

Our elders would trust this retirement job. Nowadays, it’s like people who worked and died until the age of 30 in history. It seems that we will live their lives with our average age of 80.

It is useful to console ourselves that it is good to produce.

Could gig economy change our private schools? Can teachers now massively gather and build a more meaningful business model online?

Will governesses, who used to be in wealthy homes, become digital governesses in our poor lives now.

Will the gig economy change hospitals? Can they now call a doctor to the house we see in those old Turkish movies as digital doctors?

Can anyone make money online?

Of course, you don’t have a minimum wage, you are outside your comfort zone, you are in complete chaos. You have no job security. You are now a tradesman and entrepreneur.

I wouldn’t believe if I had a dream that everyone would be entrepreneurs and work on value.

Now the castles of your feudal lords are being demolished, your offices and seats that you gave your life to in companies disappear.

With the proliferation of platforms, we are evolving into the hustle economy.

You may now be earning an income based on base salaries and performance.
Welcome to the hustle economy.
