Leaders are people who create spark and excitement and move the team.

Leadership is the art of kneading and directing passions and talents towards a vision and a goal.

And leaders are the ones who lag behind the team and enjoy the team’s performances.

If a leader strikes the balance, he is the one who can make dedicated talented people do extraordinary work.

Inspiration occurs where everyone is in contact, focused, and empathetic to one another.

The mental focus and integrity that is formed enables the team to reach the collective mind and becomes the fuel of happiness.

When a leader strikes the balance between creativity and being able to move the team, he is the one who can throw his team the farthest like an arrow.

It goes through strengthening the individual to form a team.

It transforms the energies of passionate people to achieve team goals.

It should be proud to be a part of your team vision and goals.

You may have very talented people in your team, but you have to integrate your energies to reach them with a bigger vision.

Your role as a leader is to create the environment that will unlock their potential to achieve those visions and goals.

Every individual in your team must develop so that the team can develop. You must pave the way for people who will inspire the team and remove obstacles.
To inspire, you must blend ideas, projects, and people, and become an alchemist working cross functions together.

Environments that will increase intellectual and creativity allow you to create the spark faster.

Trust people and let them use their own creativity. Creating their own ideas and developing ideas on them will increase their creativity and create an opportunity to learn from mistakes.

If you work with excellent people in the field, they definitely have egos, and you win when you transform their egos into collective ego.

The ego itself can spoil the team.

At this point, forming a collective ego creates fuel for passionately uniting and transforming.

This doesn’t mean that no one is heard, it means being proud to be a part of that team.

Each person is valuable and the value they create is important.

The task of the leader is to combine the actions of the team towards the vision to be achieved.

At many points, it is about letting the team show their energy and performance and be able to listen to them.

If the team is already doing the job, the leader just listens and acts spontaneously.

If the people in your team strengthen, you will have an extraordinary team that surpasses itself.

This way, you avoid micromanagement.

The flow of the team allows you to communicate in real time.

When people learn from their own experiences, use their skills to listen, then they enjoy learning more.

Be sure to let them develop ideas and hear themselves.

The involvement of the subconscious in this process will act as a catalyst.
Awareness opens and grows in our minds. This way we can see details, relationships, insights and connections.

It is awareness, that makes us notice the difference between each other.

If not, imperceptible, details, nuances.

Creativity comes out of awareness.

If the team is open to each other and can give feedback, they can maximize their joint performance.

Leaders build pride, recognition and identity. That’s why they should be an example to the team.

If you are passionate, it passes on to your team.

If you are hard working, they are also hardworking.

If you are creative and take risks, they will follow your example.

If you are patient and kind, he will be in your team and he will treat others that way.

If you are smart, you will admit your mistakes. Everyone can make mistakes and we will admit our mistakes together.

Trust is a leader.

First of all, it is necessary to gain the trust of the team and likewise the leader must trust the team.

If you trust, they will be the best leaders and team members.

It takes a lot of work as a leader. If you don’t have a struggle, someday you’re at the top, and one day you’re at the bottom.

The leader has to perform his duty like an artist. With creativity and imagination.

Each time a new feeling, a new perspective, should inspire them to find a new way.

The leader must constantly ignite passions so that they can catch growth, exploration, inspiration, new perspectives every time.

You can redesign each day and reach the limits of your imagination.

Of course, these will not be easy, there will be difficult, stressful moments.

This will enable him to be a better and more effective leader.

It will help new lessons, change, be a better leader for the future.

While going through difficult times, we question ourselves and try to find a solution.

Difficulties are what make us grow. Taking it further.

To our deep thinking, enabling us to take our journey to our end, reach the courage to change.

Our failures are our medals. We learn more from success than from our failures.

And when we struggle with failure, we gain the wisdom that enables us to help others.

Struggle gives life empathy, wisdom and courage. Isn’t that what makes us who we are?

Your leadership journey begins when we love what we do, share our knowledge, and run towards the ideals you believe in.

Work hard, be authentic and follow your team.

Because they will follow you too.
