Raiders and assault boats
I didn’t want to go to bed before I wrote the last post of the day.
I was like kids who found the playground today.
A day with crazy questions in my mind.
It was like the manifestation of a business developer’s indomitable struggle.
Business Developers are like raiders across the Ottoman border. They are pioneer troops. It attacks new loot areas in the surrounding, collects the loot and brings it to the regular army. Then they would share the spoils.
In the regular armies, they would invade after the vanguard forces of the raiders.
Business Developer is like an offensive boat at sea.
Large ships have difficulty turning their rudder. They have less maneuverability, but they navigate vast seas in all their glory.
They are assault boats that go where big ships cannot go, take the spoils there and bring them to the mother ship.
Startups are like Offensive bots. The mechanism for bringing the spoils to large groups of capital is venture capital.
So how will it work, these assault boats and mothership?
If the master ship captains try to ride the assault boat, they will realize that the offensive boats do not work like the ships they turn with fine calculations.
No offensive boat driver or captain of the big ship is given.
So how will this equation be?
Of course the culture is different in both. If you try to work with the same culture, then either the mother ship or the attack boat will sink. But still try not to sink the mother ship.
Because offensive boats always sink. That is where mistakes can be made in abundance.

This is how the wind of innovation and change begins. It continues with participation, with love, with finding something from yourself. This is how the vision is imposed on them.
If your assault boats are standing in the wake of the mother ship but have no ability to move, then it will slow down your mother ship.
Let yourself be relaxed as your offensive boots bring you loot. Trust them.
Make them stronger. Multiply in different areas. Motivate them with their spoils.
Even if they don’t have loot, have your assault bots research different areas.
But if you try to motivate like those on the mothership then they will continue at your wake. Then you slow down.
Your success is the balance between your mothership and attack boats.
