Who pushed me?

I wanted to write, impressed by a word of my dear friend Dicle.

They are areas of comfort and obstacles to our learning.

How did you learn to swim first, ride a bike first?

Did someone push you behind you and you clap? Remember when you said I was holding it on the back of the bike and fell down?

Do you forget that your self-confidence increases when you lose your sense of trust and learn through your mistakes?

Do you remember constantly forgetting that you filled your hard disk, filled your RAM and became inoperable?

Now is the time to restart and format your hard drive.

Here, if he chooses to make you lose your confidence and gain your self-confidence, we call it a teacher.

If you can give and receive feedback, talk about your mistakes, defrag your emotions, rearrange them, format your hard drive, fill it with hope again, restart your computer and start over, you are.

You have broken out of your comfort zone and set the rudder to new horizons.

Your writing and erasing speed have equalized, you have balanced life.
You have gained the confidence to be able to do new things.

The leaders of change and transformation have begun to blossom.

Women are flower. Especially if those who bloom are your women leaders, don’t touch it.

As dear Ertur said, you now understand that we are the gears of a clock, and slowing down ourselves slows down the system, and then our fight with ourselves begins.

You understand that our own motivation and working speed are the speed at which the organism works.

This brings awareness, communication and teamwork.

It is awareness, that fosters empathy and a sense of help among team members.

It is this feeling that makes the team a team.
